He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role

 

As an HR Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Your role works in a close-knit team and is crucial in supporting our people by providing accurate information, coordinating HR processes, and maintaining key administrative functions. You’ll work closely with managers, People Partners, Payroll, and Recruitment teams to enhance the overall employee experience.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to and triaging HR queries.
  • Preparing employment contracts and variations.
  • Managing HR administrative processes, including milestone awards and system admin.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and data reporting.
  • Supporting HR projects and initiatives to continuously improve how we do things.

To be successful, you’ll need:

  • Strong administration and coordination experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • HR experience or a relevant qualification (preferred but not essential).
