He whakamārama mo te tūranga mahi | About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Customer Logistics Specialist to join our Domestic Team on a permanent full-time basis. Within your new role you will play a major part in our regular dialogue with stakeholders both within and outside our organisation, handling contingencies and day to day tasks.

This will include the daily completion of tasks such as reporting and analysis, forecasting, customer contact and query resolution, road and rail coordination, freight booking and communication management.

Reporting to the Customer Contact Supervisor – Domestic, you will work in close partnership with your customers and various internal teams and stakeholders. 

Ngā pukenga e rapu nei mātou | What (skills) you will bring:

• Minimum two years’ customer service experience, ideally within logistics but not essential
• Intermediate data entry and MS Office Suite skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a clear telephone manner

This position involves shift work on a 24/7 rotating roster, which may include work over nights and weekends.
