As a Customer Master Data and Delivery Support Advisor, you will provide essential coordination and administrative support to the Customer Delivery team. Your work will help improve consistency, efficiency, automation and data quality across the function.
You will support day-to-day operations by managing information, coordinating activities, and maintaining accurate customer and operational data. This role also contributes to reporting, process improvement, and customer outcomes.
You will work closely with leaders and teams across the business, ensuring information is reliable, deadlines are met, and processes run smoothly. A strong focus on safety, confidentiality, and customer service is key.

We are looking for someone organised, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. You will bring:
- Strong administration experience with high attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with SharePoint and CRM systems such as MS Dynamics 365 (preferred)
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage competing tasks independently
- Experience in data entry, data management, and basic analysis
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
- A professional and confidential approach to sensitive information
- Confidence handling unexpected issues and changing priorities
- A collaborative approach and commitment to team success
