We’re looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to partner closely with a Senior Executive within our Customer & Growth portfolio. This is not a traditional EA role focused solely on diary and inbox management. You’ll be a trusted partner, helping coordinate priorities, drive follow‑through, support leadership team delivery, and maintain strong engagement with stakeholders and customers in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a complex and fast‑paced Executive environment
  • Supporting leadership team coordination, actions, and deliverables
  • Preparing high‑quality briefs, summaries, and meeting materials
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Supporting customer‑focused activity and executive interactions
  • Driving follow‑through and maintaining momentum across priorities
  • Creating structure, organisation, and visibility across multiple moving pieces

You’re highly organised and proactive, with sound judgement and the confidence to operate at pace alongside senior leaders.

You will bring:

  • Experience supporting Senior Executives in complex, fast‑moving organisations
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, action‑oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building capability
  • Confidence engaging with senior leaders and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing briefs and synthesising information
  • The ability to stay calm, adaptable, and resilient under pressure

 

Experience supporting customer, commercial, or growth‑focused teams will be highly regarded.
