Our two-year rotational Engineering Graduate Programme gives you practical experience across key parts of our business. Whether you're interested in rolling stock, infrastructure, electrical systems, water and environmental management, or project delivery, you'll gain hands-on learning, be part of real projects, and grow alongside passionate professionals.

1 x Civil Engineer – Auckland
1 x Civil Engineer – Wellington
1 x Electrical Engineer – Auckland
1 x Electrical Engineer – Wellington
1 x Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer – Auckland
1 x Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer – Wellington
1 x Civil/Structures or Environmental Engineer – Hamilton
1 x Project Engineer – Auckland

We’re looking for early career professionals and recent graduates who are curious, collaborative, and ready to make a difference.
To be successful, you’ll bring:
- A degree in Engineering (Ideally with a focus in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related discipline)
- 0–2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and open-minded approach to problem solving
- New Zealand citizenship or residency (this is essential)
