He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the Role

The HR Information Systems Analyst will optimise KiwiRail’s HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors), designing, configuring, and managing its functionality to improve efficiency and employee experience. This role involves enhancing HRIS modules, maintaining data integrity, and delivering accurate, timely reporting. You'll also support key People & Culture tools such as askHR Jira ticketing and Qualtrics surveys.

You’ll be integral to improving system efficiency, simplifying processes, and ensuring that HR operations align with KiwiRail's strategic goals.

 

Ngā pukenga e rapu nei mātou | What You Will Bring

  • Extensive experience in analytical or reporting roles
  • Senior experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly back-end configuration
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft tools (experience with Power BI is a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving, autonomy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and HR teams
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • SAP Certified Application Associate (desirable)
