This 12-month fixed term opportunity sits within our Portfolio Governance and Assurance – ICT team in Auckland.
As Project Manager (ICT), you will lead ICT projects end to end.You will guide discovery, design, solution selection, implementation, and transition.
You will establish strong data and integration foundations and ensure delivery aligns with scope, timeframes, budget, and quality standards.
You will:
- Define scope, objectives, and detailed delivery plans
- Coordinate ICT specialists, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Manage risks, issues, budgets, and governance processes
- Provide clear reporting to senior leaders and business owners
- Embed quality assurance, testing, and review practices
- Support continuous improvement across ICT delivery
This role requires strong governance discipline and relationship management. You will work across technical and business teams to deliver sustainable outcomes.

We are looking for a collaborative and commercially aware project professional who can lead complex enterprise initiatives.
You will bring:
- 10+ years’ experience in enterprise ICT environments
- Proven delivery of complex technology projects
- Experience with billing or rating systems would be desirable
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMP, or similar
- Sound risk management, financial tracking, and governance capability
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification and project management certification
- Current NZ Driver’s Licence
You will be commercially aware, collaborative, and confident working in complex environments
