He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role
As a regional Facilities Manager, you’ll lead facilities operations in your region—ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient service delivery. Reporting to the National Facilities Manager, you’ll manage maintenance activities, coordinate contractors, oversee minor capital works, and be the key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Your focus will be on improving asset performance, reducing reactive work, and promoting a strong safety culture—supporting our transformation and long-term growth.
Ngā pukenga e rapu nei mātou | What you will bring
We’re looking for someone with solid facilities management experience who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving. You’ll bring:
- 5+ years' experience in facilities or property management
- Strong knowledge of building and safety regulations
- Experience in contractor management and capital works delivery
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in using building management and asset systems
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Building, Engineering, Property) or equivalent experience
- Membership in FMANZ, PINZ, or similar is desirable
- A current full NZ driver’s licence
- Ability to meet physical demands and respond to urgent situations even out of normal hours
