Your Role:

The Zero Harm Project Safety Manager is responsible for supporting and contributing to the development and maintenance of a safe work environment by effectively using a range of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) tools and processes and supporting the implementation of Zero Harm Programs into project activities.

The Zero Harm project safety manager supports project leaders to engage with workers and contractors and drive good safety practices and compliance to support our philosophy of Zero Harm – ‘actively care and protect our people, our business and the environment’.


Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Risk Management
  • Incident Investigation and Management
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk
  • Assurance, audit, and verification
  • Hazard identification and reporting


Your Skills:


To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience working in a generalist H&S position
  • A high level of HS&E technical and professional knowledge
  • Incident investigation and risk assessment/management experience
  • Understanding of how to implement safety management systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • A passion for safety and wellbeing
