He whakamārama te tūranga mahi | About the role: 

As Business Support in our Infrastructure team, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes—making sure things run smoothly every day. From managing vendor processes and financial reporting to coordinating PPE orders and staff travel, you’ll ensure our team is compliant, well-supported, and ready to deliver. 

This role keeps the engine room humming by ensuring data accuracy, improving communication, and streamlining systems. You’ll support leaders, onboard new staff, maintain compliance registers, and help keep safety and performance on track. 

 

Ngā pukenga e rapu nei mātou | What you will bring: 

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and practical—ready to take on varied tasks in a fast-paced team. 

You’ll bring: 

  • 2–4 years of experience in administration or operational support, ideally in infrastructure or a large organisation 

  • Confidence with systems like SAP, Maximo, and Microsoft Office 

  • A working knowledge of financial processes including invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor setup 

  • Understanding of compliance requirements, including health and safety coordination 

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 

  • Attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset 

  • Flexibility to juggle changing priorities 

  • A valid NZ driver’s licence (preferred) 

  • NCEA Level 2 or equivalent experience
