What you’ll do:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to fill the position of Team Leader – Senior Storeperson. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and leading a team of Storepersons to ensure efficient and accurate handling of inventory.


As Team Leader you will lead and support the team of Senior Storepersons. Primary focus of this role is on ensuring that the team members are operating in a safe manner, and that the work activities are completed effectively and efficiently. It is envisaged on average that this role will be approx. 40% hands on in the role.


What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution centre, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Forklift license and experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) preferred alongside a Full Class 1 Driver Licence
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
