• Based in Mt Maunganui
• Monday to Friday in the office (40 hour week)
• Flexible start time (between 6:30–8:30 AM) with an 8-hour workday

He whakamārama mo te tūranga mahi | About the role:

Business Support is an integral part of our operations, providing essential administrative and management support to a range of leaders and operational staff across the business. In this busy and challenging role, you will:

• Manage administrative tasks, travel bookings and support training operations
• Monitor and update various KR systems to ensure compliance across staff are upheld
• Provide finance support, raise purchase orders and manage invoicing
• Present regular reports on compliance training and other requests as required
• Deliver local site inductions to visitors and maintain accident and incident reporting
• Attend and administer a variety of meetings

Ngā pukenga e rapu nei mātou | What (skills) you will bring:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in administrative roles ro business support
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar system
• Strong Microsoft Office skill, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
