He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role:

We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager – Maintenance Delivery to play a pivotal role in our metro transformation. You’ll lead the development of our future operational delivery framework for maintenance — aligning access, asset management, and delivery to unlock a more intelligent, preventative and mechanised approach.

This role is all about designing smarter systems and bringing together people, technology and processes to support a more reliable, efficient network. You'll work closely with internal experts and external partners to embed best practice and help shape our next-generation maintenance model.

We’re after someone who thrives on complexity and collaboration, with a deep understanding of rail infrastructure and maintenance delivery. You'll bring:

• Extensive experience across rail asset management, maintenance delivery and project management
• A sound understanding of Auckland metro and wider KiwiRail operations
• Technical expertise in track, civils, drainage, mechanisation and asset lifecycle planning
• Familiarity with systems such as ATIS, ATWS and modern inspection tools
• Proven leadership in multidisciplinary projects with strong governance and reporting practices
• A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or project management certification
• An inclusive, collaborative approach and commitment to safety
