He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role
Supporting the Infrastructure team, you'll play a key role in keeping the team organised, connected, and operating efficiently. You'll provide essential administrative and coordination support across a broad range of activities, helping ensure priorities stay on track and work is delivered safely and effectively.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys building relationships, juggling multiple priorities, and being the go-to person others can rely on. Working closely with operational and leadership teams, you'll contribute to continuous improvement while supporting the day-to-day activities that keep the business moving forward.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and team activities
- Supporting financial processes, reporting, purchasing, and invoicing
- Assisting with onboarding new staff, compliance requirements, and business documentation
- Make sure license to operate competencies and skills are maintained
- Preparing reports, presentations and business communications for Infrastructure
- Stakeholder management and identifying opportunities to improve ways of working

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a talent for building positive working relationships
- Confidence using technology and business systems; SAP experience is a bonus but can also be taught
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently, with your team and take initiative
- A positive attitude, adaptability and a genuine desire to be a dependable, valued team member throughout the depot and wider business
Important Requirements
- Applicants must already have NZ Citizenship or Residency in New Zealand, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position
