About the role:

We would love to hear from Process Specialists or Business Analysts who can bring their substantial communication, engagement, and process mapping skills to work in partnership with Subject Matter Experts from around the business to develop clear business processes.

 

As Business Process Analyst you will work on a range of projects within the New Interislander transformation programme to develop business processes and elicit requirements and will need to ensure alignment to the overarching frameworks in place. The New Interislander programme of work includes a wide range of projects such as how our physical operations are carried out, to new IT solutions, to changes in brand and culture.

 

You will need to understand how these processes impact on technology, data, people and assets to ensure the New Interislander programme of work delivers the best solutions and outcomes for the business.

About you:

You will need to have at least five years’ experience working in a Business Analysis or Business Process Methodology role. To be successful, you will have excellent process design and interpersonal skills to be able to determine process requirements through a number of different interactions.   You must have the proven ability to build and maintain or strengthen relationships with a range of stakeholders inside and outside of the business.

 

You will have strong analytical thinking capabilities and experience in developing pragmatic solutions for complex business problems. Someone self-motivated and priority focused, a team player, a great listener with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work with tight deadlines in a cross-functional work environment. 

 

Experience in Business Project Management practices would be ideal to help us lift our level of maturity in this area and enable the business to utilise and manage their processes for years to come.
