He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the Role
As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting learning and development across KiwiRail’s teams. From organising training courses to managing learning data and compliance, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a varied, detail-oriented role where your coordination and communication skills will be valued every day. You’ll liaise with multiple teams, help manage learning systems, and provide the behind-the-scenes support that keeps our training on track.

- Experienced in administration and training coordination

- Proven ability to remain adaptable and solution focussed under pressure, delivering high-quality work within tight timeframes
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Confidence working with data and learning systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
