As Product Development Manager, Passenger, you’ll shape the future of travel on our scenic rail journeys and Interislander ferries. You’ll design and deliver new experiences—tours, packages, onboard events, and guest enhancements—that delight travellers and support our commercial and customer-centric goals.
This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to create innovative, sustainable, and customer-led offerings. By turning insights into action, you’ll help ensure our products remain unique, competitive, and memorable for every passenger.

We’re looking for someone who brings creativity, collaboration, and commercial thinking. You will have:
- Experience in tourism product development, visitor experience design, or a related field
- Knowledge of design-thinking and customer-centred design approaches
- Strong skills in market research, competitor analysis, and commercial evaluation
- The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with confidence
- Up-to-date knowledge of tourism markets, trends, and sustainable practices
- A relevant degree (tourism, business, or product development) or equivalent experience
