As Service Delivery Engineer Lead, you’ll take the reins of our ICT operations from our Wellington base. Your leadership will drive the seamless delivery of ICT services across the organisation, ensuring alignment with business needs and surpassing expectations.
This role is pivotal in forging strong collaborations with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams. You’ll focus on elevating service quality, optimising resources, and fostering a safety-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ICT service delivery, ensuring compliance with SLAs and enhancing client satisfaction
- Act as the primary contact for executive and board-level ICT support
- Manage escalated incidents, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions
- Lead service improvement initiatives to optimise performance and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide the service delivery team, cultivating a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Drive successful and cost-effective delivery of ICT projects
- Deliver comprehensive service performance updates and insights to stakeholders

We’re seeking an experienced professional who can combine technical expertise with exceptional leadership skills. Ideally, you’ll have:
- 5+ years of ICT service delivery and leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and implement service improvement strategies
- Expertise in ICT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity
- Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach
- Leadership qualities that inspire and nurture high-performing teams
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus
- A steadfast commitment to health and safety in all operations
